This Services Contract is entered into on 1 August 2026 between Your Studio ("Provider") and Acme Industries ("Client") for the delivery of Brand film.

Scope of work

01	Pre-production. Script, storyboard, shot list and a shoot plan for your Brand film.
02	Production. A directed shoot with professional crew, lighting and sound.
03	Post-production. Edit, colour, sound design and motion graphics.
04	Delivery. Master plus platform-ready cutdowns for social, web and ads.

A 50% deposit confirms the engagement; the balance is due on delivery. Prices include 18% GST.

Terms of engagement

1. Services

Your Studio will provide Brand film with reasonable skill and care, to professional standards, as described in the scope of work.

2. Payment

Invoices are payable within 7 days. Work may pause on amounts overdue by more than 14 days. Prices include GST at 18%.

3. Client responsibilities

Acme Industries will provide timely access, approvals and materials. Delays on inputs extend timelines correspondingly.

4. Revisions & change control

The scope includes two rounds of revisions per deliverable. Additional requests are quoted separately before work begins.

5. Intellectual property

On full payment, deliverables transfer to Acme Industries. Your Studio retains pre-existing tools and may reference the work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public information confidential during and after this engagement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with 15 days' written notice. Work completed and in progress up to the effective date is billable.

8. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India; courts at the sender's registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
